The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to TriViva Pharm GmbH (hereinafter “TriViva Pharm”, “we”).

TriViva Pharm processes personal data that you provide to us or that we collect in the course of the business relationship on the following legal bases:
– Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract and pre-contractual measures)
– Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal obligations)
– Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest)
– Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent, if obtained)
Processing is carried out in particular for the following purposes:
– initiation, handling, and maintenance of business relationships
– communication with customers, suppliers, business partners, and interested parties
– contract performance, invoicing, and payment processing
– safeguarding legitimate business interests (e.g. organization, IT security)
3. Recipients of Personal Data
For the fulfillment of the above-mentioned purposes, we use processors where necessary.

In the course of operating the website, technically necessary access data are processed (e.g. IP address in truncated form, time of access, browser type) in order to ensure the secure operation of the website.
The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
